My name is Rocco ‘Rocky’ Catalano. A lifetime resident of Camden and Gloucester Counties, I attended and graduated Paul VI High School and Rutgers University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation I started my career in the insurance industry at a top captive insurance company. I have been employed in the insurance industry for fourteen years. I initially started in the insurance claims department but quickly transferred into the personal lines sales department with Liberty Mutual. I was promoted to Senior Lead Sales Representative. During my career I received numerous recognitions and Leaders Awards. As an insurance agent licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, I have a vast experience of personal lines insurance which includes home, auto, life insurance, annuities and several other lines.
While very successful as a captive agent, my decision to leave and start my own agency was not only to grow professionally within my career but to start an insurance agency which values and respects customers. Utilizing my experience and knowledge, enables me to provide my customers with the care they deserve. I take great pride in what I do, not only on a professional level but a personal level as well. I am a devoted husband and father of three wonderful children. I have two amazing young boys and a beautiful little girl. I value my family, value my customers and I look forward to working with you for your insurance needs.
My name is Lawrence Joseph Steffani III, but you can call me Larry. Born and bred in South Jersey; I am a graduate of Washington Township High School and Rowan University. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Sales. I have a passion for Golf, Hockey, Camping, Fishing, & Snowboarding. I love sports, the outdoors, and the opportunity to catch up with “the guys.” I’m also an avid reader and enjoy reading almost all genres of books.
I worked for Liberty Mutual for nearly a decade. I was a successful Lead Sales Representative and I earned numerous awards with the company throughout my tenure. Although I was on a prosperous path at Liberty Mutual; I had the strong desire to open my own Insurance Agency. I saw branching out as an amazing opportunity where I could offer so many more options to my customers allowing me to tailor every policy to each individual’s needs. I am also very passionate about the relationships I share with my customers; and I believe owning my own Agency allows me to focus more on customer satisfaction and building stronger and lasting customer relationships. I look forward to proving my loyalty to you and to being your Insurance Agent for the long haul!
My name is Jennifer Agness. I am a lifelong resident of South Jersey and currently reside in East Greenwich Township with my husband and 2 daughters. I graduated from Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees and also earned my Associates Degree in Business through Camden County College.
After graduation I began my insurance career working 4 ½ years at State Farm. An opportunity at Liberty Mutual presented itself resulting in a rewarding 14 years with the company. I have worked in the Administrative Division, Customer Service Unit and Sales giving me diverse knowledge of the industry. After 18+ years working for captive insurance companies, I decided it was time for a change that would allow me to offer more comprehensive insurance solutions to my clients. In October 2016, I made the move over to Catalano & Steffani Insurance Group to provide the professional and personal flexibility I was seeking. I am extremely excited for the opportunities here and the ability to assist my clients in obtaining great coverage at affordable rates. Building lifelong relationships with my customers is the core of my business, I look forward to continuing that goal here!
Personal interests include being a member of The Witches of East Greenwich (compete annually in the Dragon Boat races), Troop Leader for my youngest daughters Girl Scout Troop, running, scrapbooking and reading.
My name is Jamie Rotella. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, where I still currently reside today with my husband and daughter. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and worked as the program manager of an adult day program prior to having my daughter. I am a wanderer - I absolutely love visiting new places (thought that traveling itself I absolutely hate).
I joined Catalano & Steffani in the summer of 2021 after being "out of office" for almost 8 years. I wear a few different hats here...think of me as the "Jack of all trades" with C&S. I'm here to help with the typical back office paperwork and day to day issues that can popup. I am also running all of Catalano & Staffani's social media pages. As a small business owner myself I am acutely aware of how important and impactful a social media presence can be, so I'm working to make C&S a household name. My goal is to educate customers & potential customers on the value of insurance, explain coverage options, and occasionally offer a laugh; because sometimes we all need it.
My name is Jackie Veasy. I am lifelong resident of Marlton, a graduate of St. Joan of Arc School, Holy Cross High School and have a BA in American Studies from Rutgers University. I am a veteran of the insurance industry with over two decades of experience mostly helping customers with first party medical claims (PIP/No-Fault). Although my experience is mostly in claims I enjoy helping customers understand their insurance policies and making sure they have the right coverage for their needs.
When I am not helping customers with their insurance needs. I enjoy volunteering my time helping my community. I serve as a committee member for Relay for Life of Marlton, which raises money for the American Cancer Society. I am also devoted to my alma mater, St. Joan of Arc Parish, and serve as a Lector at Sunday Mass, a committee member of Sunday-morning children’s liturgy program and volunteer at the annual summer carnival.
I am avid traveler and enjoy exploring new places. And most importantly I love to spend time with my family especially my dog Bartley!
